Build on what sells
241 reported orders. $14,589.94 in reported GMV. Let’s build the next wave around the creators, content, and stores behind the sales.

Opportunity
Where should KPOT invest next?
Turn evidence into the next action
Start with the stores where we can turn an existing purchase signal into a focused, testable plan.
Our proposed starting point: examine what the selling example communicated, confirm the current store and offer details, and test whether its purchase explanation can be repeated in new creative.
Our proposed first deliverable:
a prioritised store action plan.
For each selected location: the evidence reviewed, the question to resolve, the proposed creative test, and the results we will use to decide what happens next.
14 High-Potential stores + 39 Content Opportunity stores.
The 53-store pool guides where to investigate. The store-level evidence helps determine what support to propose.
Kirkman is an illustrative planning example, not a confirmed pilot location. Historical results do not establish why orders occurred or predict future growth.

What should the next brief carry forward?
Review the opening, audience fit, offer explanation, and purchase steps. Confirm eligibility, the current offer, and relevant reporting windows.
Test the message with a clearer brief.
Compare a food-led opening with an offer-led opening, using the same approved store and offer facts. Keep the purchase instructions clear in both.
Decide what deserves another round.
Review content eligibility, attributable orders and GMV, plus redemptions and refunds where available. Record differences in reach and publishing dates before comparing.
Repeat, revise, or change the support.
Document the next brief and the reason for the decision. If the evidence is insufficient, identify what reporting or testing is needed.

Markets
MARKET SELECTION · PROPOSED PILOT
Start with purchase signals.
Expand with evidence.
Use the full reported market picture to identify questions worth testing. Then agree on pilot stores with KPOT, using current store priorities and operational readiness.
Choose the pilot jointly, at store level.
Cross-check this history against KPOT’s 53 priority stores, current offers, local creator coverage, and redemption readiness before agreeing locations. High reported GMV alone does not establish readiness or profitability.
Two examples. Two different tests.
Florida and Texas contribute 68% of reported GMV, but the pattern behind their orders differs. They illustrate two planning questions; they are not confirmed pilot markets.
ILLUSTRATIVE CASE 01 · FLORIDA
Test across selected stores.
113 reported orders · $6,819.84 reported GMV
Sales appear across several locations. Start with a small set of candidate stores and creators with recorded KPOT orders, then test whether useful local content can work across stores.
Proposed test: a local dining reason, a clear voucher purchase explanation, and store-specific redemption guidance.
ILLUSTRATIVE CASE 02 · TEXAS
Validate beyond one strong store.
52 reported orders · $3,115.76 reported GMV
Bellaire accounts for 50 of the state’s 52 reported orders. Review its creator, content, and offer combination before testing it at a comparable location.
Proposed test: adapt the purchase explanation to the next store’s actual offer and operations, then measure the result.
Agree on the decision before the test.
Track product clicks, orders, and redeemed orders by store and creator. Add cost per order where complete cost records are available. Compare against the agreed baseline before expanding.
Reach alone does not select the next market. Ocala recorded 10 orders from 150,401 views; Kissimmee Loop recorded 32 orders from 3,581,079 views. The different relationship between reach and orders is a reason to investigate local creative—not proof of a better conversion strategy.
Source: supplied managed-creator report, June 1–October 14, 2026. Figures are cumulative by store or state and include posts marked Invalid. Reported GMV is not a measure of ROI or redeemed revenue. Pilot locations remain subject to joint selection.

ENTROPI’S OWN PLATFORM · ENTRO.LY
More ways to create.
One clear reason to visit KPOT.
ENTROPI combines its own platform, ENTRO.LY ↗, with AI-assisted creative production and human review. For KPOT, we propose a content programme that pairs distinctive brand concepts with useful, store-specific information.
01 · BRAND CREATIVE
Make KPOT recognisable.
Develop a consistent visual direction around Korean BBQ, hot pot, and the shared-table experience. AI concepts give the brand a distinctive creative layer alongside real creator visits.
Proposed output: a reviewed concept, storyboard, and brand film direction.
02 · LOCAL ADAPTATION
Give each location a useful story.
Build edits and scripts from approved store materials. Adapt the hook, dining occasion, and purchase explanation to the selected location and audience.
Proposed output: store-specific scripts, edits, and language versions for review.
03 · CREATOR HANDOFF
Turn the idea into a usable brief.
Give creators the key shots, factual offer details, and voucher instructions. Keep their own voice while making the purchase and redemption steps clear.
Proposed output: creator briefs, captions, and reviewed publishing assets.
Agree on the first content pack.
Select a pilot store and one creative question. Confirm available materials, intended channels, language, deliverables, review rounds, and usage rights before production. Review the published results to decide what to repeat or change.
ENTRO.LY is ENTROPI’s platform. This is a proposed KPOT service workflow, not a representation that every step is currently available as a self-service F&B feature.
Partnership
Connect creator visits, original footage and ongoing publishing in one coordinated programme.
Built through real creator visits. Ready to do more with every shoot.
OUR EXPERIENCE
ENTROPI has been supporting brands through creator dining campaigns on Xiaohongshu—organising visits, funding dining experiences, and coordinating creator posts and original footage collection.
OUR PROPOSAL FOR KPOT
Build on that experience: turn authorised creator footage into distinct video edits through AVF, then publish reviewed content across selected ENTROPI-owned and-operated TikTok channels.
01 · SOURCE FOOTAGE
Start with real creator visits.
Coordinate the visit, original creator post and footage collection. Agree editing and cross-platform publishing rights before using the material.
02 · AVF PRODUCTION
Give the footage more ways to work.
Develop distinct edits with different hooks, narratives and language versions. KPOT reviews store details, offers and brand presentation before release.
03 · CHANNEL PUBLISHING
Keep content moving between visits.
Match reviewed edits to relevant ENTROPI-operated TikTok accounts by audience, language and market. Plan releases and report post links and available performance data.
Already have footage? We can work with that, too.
Following a partnership agreement, KPOT can also supply its own approved footage for AVF production and publication through selected ENTROPI-owned TikTok channels.
Proposed scope: agree participating stores, content quantities, usage rights, publishing channels, schedule and fees together. Commercial content will carry the required disclosures.
Original clip excerpts used in the supplied edits. Select a clip to preview.

Publishing panel illustrates a proposed process, not completed posts or verified reach. Each edit draws from the shared KPOT library; source clips vary by version. ENTROPI-operated publishing accounts are separate from the creators who supplied visit footage.
More creative directions. More opportunities to convert.
Turn one footage library into distinct video styles, tailored to different audiences and dining occasions. Distribute selected edits across ENTROPI-operated TikTok channels to broaden reach, test what resonates, and create more opportunities to turn discovery into a KPOT visit.
